Wilson Danilo Domínguez Jimenez, 72, passed away peacefully on May 24, 2026, at Albany Medical Center in Albany, New York, surrounded by the love of his family.

Born on August 16, 1953, in San Cristóbal, Dominican Republic, Wilson was the beloved son of Jose Domínguez and Katty Domínguez. He later made his home in Elmont, New York, where he built a life centered around hard work, dedication, and devotion to his family.

Wilson proudly worked for many years with the New York State Gaming Commission as a Hotwalker, dedicating his career to the horse racing industry. Known for his strong work ethic, humble nature, and commitment to his responsibilities, he earned the respect and friendship of many throughout his years of service.

Above all else, Wilson was a devoted husband, loving father, and cherished family man. He shared a loving marriage with his beloved wife, Ana Modesta Almonte Espinal, and took great pride in the family they built together. His kindness, strength, and quiet wisdom will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.

Wilson leaves behind his beloved wife, Ana Modesta Almonte Espinal; his loving children, Katty Domínguez, Jose Domínguez, Esteffany Dominguez, and Wilson Alejandro Domínguez; and many family members and dear friends who will deeply miss his presence and treasure the memories they shared with him.

Wilson Danilo Domínguez Jimenez will be remembered for his hardworking spirit, dedication to his family, and the warmth he brought into the lives of others. Though he is no longer physically with us, his memory and love will live on forever in the hearts of all who knew him.

Nacido el 16 de agosto de 1953 en San Cristóbal, República Dominicana, Wilson fue el amado hijo de Jose Domínguez y Katty Domínguez. Más adelante estableció su hogar en Elmont, Nueva York, donde construyó una vida basada en el trabajo arduo, la dedicación y el amor por su familia.

Wilson trabajó orgullosamente durante muchos años para la Comisión de Juegos del Estado de Nueva York como Hotwalker, dedicando su carrera a la industria de las carreras de caballos.
