Rogelio Antonio Santos Cruz, 74, of Roselle, New Jersey, passed away peacefully at home on January 26, 2026.

Repatriation services to the Dominican Republic is entrusted to Las Rosas Bannworth Funeral Home.

Rogelio was born on February 28, 1951, in Guayubín, Dominican Republic, to Ángel María Santos and Ana Georgina Cruz. He later made his home in New Jersey, where he built a life grounded in hard work, dedication, and love for his family.

A skilled truck mechanic, Rogelio took great pride in his work and was known for his strong work ethic, reliability, and mechanical expertise. Through his profession, he not only supported his family but also earned the respect and trust of those who worked alongside him.

Above all else, Rogelio was a loving and devoted father to his cherished daughter, Ana Georgina Cruz, who was the center of his life. He will be remembered for his kindness, humility, and the quiet strength with which he lived each day.

Rogelio’s legacy of perseverance, love, and integrity will continue to live on through his family and all who knew him. He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered.
