Reinaldo H. Segundo Delgado Guerra, 77, of Union, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on February 24, 2026, surrounded by his loving family.
Family and friends are welcome to visit on Friday, February 27th from 9-12pm in Las Rosas Bannworth Funeral Home, 1055 E. Jersey Street Elizabeth, NJ 07021.
Funeral service will commence at 11:30am followed by an Entombment in Hollywood Memorial Park, Union, NJ.
Born on May 9, 1948, in Guayaquil, Ecuador, Reinaldo was the beloved son of Segundo A. Delgado Diaz and Ursula D. Guerra Villamar. He carried with him the warmth, strength, and deep sense of family that reflected his roots throughout his life.
Reinaldo was a devoted and loving father to Tania K. Delgado, Danny Delgado and his wife Estefania, Joanna Delgado and her husband Ihab Khalil, and Katia Delgado. His children were the pride and joy of his life, and he dedicated himself wholeheartedly to their happiness and well-being.
He was also a cherished grandfather to ten beloved grandchildren: Joshua Torres, Justyn Torres, Daniel Torres, Ivanka Delgado, Matthew Khalil, Michelle Khalil, Brianna Delgado, Daniella Delgado, Brandon Delgado, and Caroline Vanhegans. Being a grandfather brought him immense joy, and he treasured every moment spent with them, always offering love, laughter, and gentle guidance.
Reinaldo was the dear brother of Nancy Delgado and Rosas Delgado. He shared a special bond with his family and remained closely connected to them throughout his life.
Known for his love of good food and the simple pleasures in life, Reinaldo truly enjoyed gathering around the table with those he loved. He was a great father and grandfather — fun, caring, sweet, and calm. His steady presence and kind heart made everyone around him feel safe and loved.
Reinaldo will be very deeply missed by his loving family and all who had the blessing of knowing him. His legacy of love, devotion, and warmth will live on in the hearts of those he leaves behind.

Familiares y amigos están cordialmente invitados a visitarlo el viernes 27 de febrero de 9:00 a.m. a 12:00 p.m. en Las Rosas Bannworth Funeral Home, 1055 E. Jersey Street, Elizabeth, NJ 07021.

Reinaldo fue un padre devoto y amoroso de Tania K. Delgado, Danny Delgado y su esposa Estefania, Joanna Delgado y su esposo Ihab Khalil, y Katia Delgado. Sus hijos fueron el orgullo y la alegría de su vida, y se dedicó de todo corazón a su felicidad y bienestar.
