Luisana Gonzalez-Segovia

Feb 25, 1959 — Jul 12, 2026

South Plainfield, NJ

With profound sadness and hearts filled with love, we announce the passing of our beloved Luisana Gonzalez Segovia, a devoted wife, loving mother, cherished grandmother, compassionate healer, and treasured friend. While our hearts are broken, we are forever grateful for the gift of her life and the immeasurable love she gave so freely.

Born and raised in Venezuela, Luisana carried the warmth, resilience, and generosity of her homeland wherever she went. As a dedicated homeopathic doctor, she was deeply passionate about medicine and devoted her life to helping others. She believed healing was about more than treating illness—it was about listening, comforting, and caring for every person with compassion and kindness. Helping others was never simply her profession; it was her calling.

Above all else, Luisana’s greatest love was her family. She shared 37 beautiful years of marriage with her beloved husband, Marcos Segovia, building a life rooted in faith, unconditional love, and unwavering devotion. Together, they created a family that became her greatest pride and life’s greatest accomplishment.

She leaves behind her beloved children: Ireabdaly Segovia-Conrad and her husband, Hilton Andrew Conrad; Soid Segovia Gonzalez; and Erasmo Fuentes and his wife, Kristy Fuentes. She was an incredibly proud grandmother to Joshua Fuentes and Jayden Fuentes, whose laughter brought endless joy to her heart. She also adored her beloved cat, Cooper, and her grand-kittens, Indiana (“Indy”) and Archibald (“Archie”), who never failed to make her smile.

Luisana was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Josefina Garcia. She will be deeply missed by her loving sisters, nieces, nephews, cousins, great-nieces, extended family, and dear friends, all of whom were blessed by her kindness, generosity, wisdom, and unwavering love.

Luisana will be remembered for the way she loved, with her whole heart. She believed family was life’s greatest blessing and spent her life keeping those she loved together, always putting others before herself. She celebrated every success, carried every burden alongside those she loved, and never let anyone leave her home without feeling welcomed, cared for, and loved.

Her greatest legacy is not found in the years she lived, but in the lives she touched. It lives on in every lesson she taught, every sacrifice she made, every life she helped heal, and every heart she filled with love. Her compassion will continue to inspire us, and her love will remain the thread that keeps our family together.

The world is a little less bright without her, but her love will continue to shine through the family she devoted her life to and in the countless lives she touched.
