Luis Enrique Dutra

Luis Enrique Dutra, 66, of Elizabeth, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on September 3, 2026, at Trinitas Hospital – Williamson Street Campus in Elizabeth.

Born on March 30, 1960, in Montevideo, Uruguay, Luis was the beloved son of the late Bolivar Alberico Dutra and Maximiliana Araceli Ferreira. He was a proud Uruguayan who carried his heritage and traditions with him throughout his life.

Luis was a hardworking man who spent much of his career working in the warehouse industry. He was known for his dedication, strength, and commitment to those around him.

Luis was the devoted father of Camila Dutra, who will forever cherish the memories they shared. He will also be lovingly remembered by his extended family, relatives, and friends, whose lives he touched throughout the years.

Luis was preceded in death by his parents, Bolivar Alberico Dutra and Maximiliana Araceli Ferreira.

Following funeral services, Luis will be cremated, with his final disposition taking place at Rosehill Cemetery in Linden, New Jersey.

His family and friends will forever remember Luis for the life he lived, the memories he created, and the love he shared with those closest to him. May he rest in eternal peace.
