Julio Cesar Echavarria

Julio Cesar Echavarria, 87, of Union Township, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on April 20, 2026.

Family and friends are welcome to visit on Friday, April 24th from 8-11am in Las Rosas Bannworth Funeral Home, 1055 E. Jersey Street Elizabeth, NJ 07201.

Interment will follow in Forest Green Memorial Park, Morganville, NJ.

Born on February 10, 1939, in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, Julio was the beloved son of Pedro Echavarria and Rosa Martinez. He carried his Dominican heritage with pride throughout his life, embracing the values of family, resilience, and faith that defined his upbringing.

Julio made his home in Union Township, where he built a life rooted in hard work, dedication, and love for those around him. He was known for his quiet strength, warm spirit, and the deep care he showed to his family and friends. Whether through his guidance, his stories, or his steady presence, Julio left a lasting impression on all who had the privilege of knowing him.
