Gabriel Oscar Chust Carrancio, 63, of Elizabeth, New Jersey, passed away on September 18, 2026, at Trinitas Hospital in Elizabeth, NJ.

Born on March 27, 1963, in Montevideo, Uruguay, Gabriel was the beloved son of the late Saturno Chust and Norma Carrancio. He later made his home in Elizabeth, New Jersey, where he was a member of the community for many years.

Gabriel worked as a restaurant chef, a profession in which he dedicated much of his working life. He was known for his culinary skills and his dedication to his work.

Gabriel was single and never married. He is survived by his family, including his sibling, Eduardo Chust Carrancio, and other relatives and loved ones who will cherish his memory.

Gabriel was a proud Uruguayan and maintained a connection to his birthplace and family heritage throughout his life.
