Firmino Vieira, 83, of Edison, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on April 20, 2026, surrounded by his loving family.

Born on January 25, 1943, in Montalegre, Portugal, Firmino was the beloved son of the late João Vieira and Lucinda Vieira. He carried his Portuguese heritage with pride throughout his life, cherishing the traditions, values, and strong sense of family instilled in him from an early age.

Firmino was the devoted husband of many years to his beloved wife, Aldina Maria Vieira, with whom he shared a lifetime of love, partnership, and unwavering commitment. Together, they built a home rooted in love, resilience, and dedication to family.

He was a loving and proud father to Mark Vieira and his wife Darcy Vieira, and Erica Vieira. Firmino found his greatest joy in his role as a grandfather, cherishing every moment spent with his grandchildren—Sophia Vieira, Michael Vieira, and Matthew Glodek—who brought immense happiness and pride to his life.

Firmino will be remembered for his strength, kindness, and deep devotion to his family. His quiet wisdom, warm presence, and enduring love will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
