Amparo Díaz, de 69 años, residente de Linden, Nueva Jersey, falleció en paz el 16 de julio de 2025, rodeada del amor de su familia.

Nacida en Pereira, Colombia, Amparo trajo consigo un espíritu vibrante, una fe profunda y una devoción inquebrantable por su familia cuando emigró a los Estados Unidos en busca de una vida mejor. Fue una madre orgullosa y entregada, criando a sus hijos con un amor infinito, compasión y fortaleza.

El legado de Amparo vive a través de los valores que inculcó: la bondad, la resiliencia y la importancia de la familia. Su hogar siempre fue un lugar lleno de calidez, risas, deliciosa comida colombiana y conversaciones sinceras. Tocó la vida de todos los que la conocieron con su dulce sonrisa y alma generosa.

Será profundamente extrañada por sus hijos, nietos, familiares y todos aquellos que tuvieron el privilegio de conocerla. Su recuerdo vivirá para siempre en los corazones de quienes la amaron.

Familiares y amigos están invitados a visitarla el lunes 21 de julio de 4 a 8 p.m. en Las Rosas Bannworth Funeral Home, 1055 East Jersey Street, Elizabeth, NJ 07201.

La cremación privada se llevará a cabo en Rosehill Crematory, Linden, NJ.

Amparo Diaz, 69, of Linden, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on July 16, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family.

Born in Pereira, Colombia, Amparo brought with her a vibrant spirit, strong faith, and unwavering devotion to her family when she came to the United States in search of a better life. She was the proud and devoted mother of many, raising her children with endless love, compassion, and strength.

Amparo’s legacy lives on through the values she instilled—kindness, resilience, and the importance of family. Her home was always a place of warmth, filled with laughter, delicious Colombian food, and heartfelt conversations. She touched the lives of everyone she met with her gentle smile and nurturing soul.

She will be deeply missed by her children, grandchildren, extended family, and all who were blessed to know her. Her memory will forever remain in the hearts of those she loved.

Family and friends are welcome to visit on Monday, July 21st from 4-8pm in Las Rosas Bannworth Funeral Home, 1055 East Jersey Street Elizabeth, NJ 07201.
